I had responsibility for the marine and civil construction, fiber optic installation and testing for the major telecommunication networks in the world. This fostered additional responsibilities to manage the construction & operations of undersea cable landing stations working with multiple cultures and executives of international telecoms. Upon returning to US/West Coast, I excelled at building partnerships with building owners to improve operations and lower total cost of ownership in critical facilities of Turner clients. This proven success awarded me the opportunity to bring my winning sales personality to San Francisco Bay for Turner Construction.I crafted a successful sales and marketing organization that improved sales revenue five years in a row with a peak year of $1.6B.
