CurrentAt Streamz, I am responsible for building and maintaining the customer value proposition to achieve our main commercial objectives—sales, engagement, and retention—and drive growth. I lead a diverse team of talented marketing professionals specializing in digital performance marketing, customer base management, partnership management, and platform engagement management. I work closely with the Streamz Management team and report directly to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:- Managing the Customer Value Proposition (CVP)- Driving commercial performance through digital performance marketing- Stimulating customer engagement (on and off platform)- Overseeing customer base and experience management- Developing and managing partnership strategies with key players such as DPG Media, Play Media, Proximus, Orange, and smart TV platforms (e.g., Samsung, LG)- Managing operational P&LAchievements I am proud of:- Prepared the operational launch of Streamz in 2020- Reshaped the 2.0 business strategy in 2022 with the Streamz Management Team and shareholders (Telenet and DPG Media) to ensure a renewed long-term plan- Launched the first Hybrid Video Streaming On Demand (HVOD) service in Flanders (Streamz Basic) in 2023, boosting growth among a younger target audience and generating a new revenue stream for the company (advertising)-Integrated Streamz into VTM GO in 2024, enhancing awareness and sales through VTM GO's 1 million monthly active users
