My professional experience includes leadership roles with Fortune 500 firms: MGM Resorts International, the global leader in hotel and gaming experiences; Ashland Inc (Valvoline oil) , a global specialty chemicals company and Lbrands(Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works and Henri Bendel), a global specialty retailer. Also work with start-up Quantum Health , a health care coordination specialty firm. Additional experience includes roles with The Ohio State University, Spherion, and Mercy Health Partners. I proactively seek to learn from from those around me and value experiences and relationships which contribute to community growth. I earned a Bachelors in Business Management and Human Resources at the University of Toledo. As Director Customized Workforce Recruitment and Training with Columbus2020 I was a member of a team of economic development experts committed to strengthen and diversify our economic base.In my role with the Workforce Innovation Center, I focus on improving the workforce ecosystem across all stakeholders including job seekers, K-12, Career Tech, 2-4yr colleges , government, non-profit and industry.
