I play the role of an Inbound Product Manager with a focus on offering an integrated and simplified experience to automate processes / tasks and build applications. The intent is to democratize application development and enable everyone in the organization to build secure, usable, compliant applications for all form factors with ease and confidence for a truly digital organization.Competitive Analysis, deeper understanding of the persona, their jobs to be done, roadmapping, unified experience, data driven product management and enabling governance for SAP Build as a whole are my areas of responsibility.I work with Product Managers, Product Marketing Experts, User Exeprience Experts, Product Owners, Architects and Developers in a complex set-up to deliver value.

SAP Workflow Managment is a cloud offering with a goal to enable Line of Business users to configure processes based on thier need and make use of content that is offered by SAP and Partners. The intent was to consolidate offering related to workflow - workflows, process visibility, business rules all into one offering and bundling it with pre-delivered content for quick time to value.

End to end visibility into processes that span across multiple systems with the goal to optimize and automate aspects of the process for efficiency, compliance and predictability.This was my first experience to be responsible for the end to end product cycle from idea to market. Started off with a on-premise offering and eventually pivoted to a cloud service offering. This was a big learning and made me prioritize simplicity, pricing, cloud scale, security and availability.

Launched the second version of SAP Supply Chain Performance Management by brining in learnings from customer go-lives, cusotmer engagements, customer workshops and observing them in thier environment. As a the sole Product Owner I took up the challenge to articulate the vision, value proposition, problem space, epics & user stories, the roadmap and key areas to propel growth. A whole offering was only possible with ITC InfoTech which offered implementation support and supply chain expertise.

The application helps companies make their supply chain more effective and responsive in the face of complex and fast changing market conditions by focusing on the right process metrics, companies can track performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities. In addition, it is designed with pre-packaged workflows, metrics and analytics to enable rapid time-to-value. Worked tirelessly with our pilot customers to enable them to go-live and address escalations due to bugs and/or capabilitiesI played the role of a senior developer and architect to design and develop this application based on Adobe Flex and JAVA. During this time I also became a certified SAP Business Warehousing Consultant and became an expert in Data Extraction, Data Cleansing, Data Modelling and Reporting.

Composing business processes by consuming enterprise services using tools provided by SAP NetWeaver. The goal of this program was to demonstrate that it is possible to build extensions on SAP ECC in 5 days. Though this mission failed we were able to build apps in 30 days and 5 of the applications were delivered to customers. I have also been involved in partner training sessions and developing/designing/analyzing these applications and conducted my first workshop at SAP TechEd Amsterdam

Worked with insurance and leasing clients to digitize and evolve their current platform in agile teams following pair programming, test driven development, continuous integration. This opportunity helped me shape my understanding of technology solutions, client interactions and what mattered the most. My first professional experience was wholesome, challenging and enlightening.
