Completed a full building renovation of the premier building on the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The project consists of energy conservation, structural upgrades and re-purposing from a submarine dry dock to a heavy machinery warehouse & workshop. The project contract value is presently at $41 million. As the Assistant Project Manager my duties include submittal management, RFIs, subcontract modifications, SOW definition, procuring materials for self-performed work, participating in owner & subcontractor meetings & negotiations, LEED AP construction representative and P6 schedule development & management. The project is going for a LEED Silver status with the end goal to reach Gold. The contract end date is scheduled for December 2014.

Kabul, Afghanistan

Assistant Project Manager for two projects located in Kabul, Afghanistan. Responsibilities include subcontractor management, contract management, scope of work definition, value engineering, design/build coordination and field operations oversight. The project at Camp Commando is a $18 million contract including new construction, renovations of existing facilities, electrical generation and site utilities. The project at Depot 0 is a $17 million project including new construction of storage and vehicle maintenance facilities as well as power generation and site utilities.

Work includes estimates for modifications to current contracts with different government entities. Travel around the country is sometimes needed to work with subcontractors in understanding the scope of work included in the modification. ECC is under contract or completed $1.7 billion to date.I am also in charge of estimating costs for Requests for Equitable Adjustment for projects that are closed out. I developed a Cash Flow Analysis model for pre-bid/post-award to assist operations and estimating with defining the schedule of values with the client and subcontractors. This model allows the contractor to see where the majority of money is spent and how it will be able to bill throughout the duration of the contract.

A federal government contractor we execute project globally for domestic and foreign governments. As a Mechanical Estimator my primary duties are to quantify and price all aspecs of a projects HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppresion and miscellaneous mechanical systems. We operate using Timberline estimating software and soliciting local subcontractors. We have many MATOC's and SATOC's around the world that keeps the work exciting and challenging. ECC is also becoming involved in renewable energy projects including Wind Turbines in the Northeast region.

Worked as a night superintendent in Fairbanks, AK for a Sams Club remodel valued at $10 million. Worked as a Site Superintendent for Little Anitas Mexican Restaurant valued at $400,000. Was in charge of schedule, owner meetings, RFI's, daily logs and subcontractor coordination.
