As part of the fully integrated Global Security team, I lead the team responsible for building and maintaining the physical security technology portfolio at Met, including Enterprise Access Control and Video Management. Our team also manages the MetLife Security Operations Center (MSOC) function to monitor systems and threats 24/7 to our people, brand and assets for 40,000 employees across 900+ locations. As threats evolve to impact across functions, we are actively integrating people, process and technology in convergence with the cyber security team operations to act in an efficient and collaborative environment.

Promoted within MetLife to a significant increase in scope:• Managed 89 total MetLife, IBM, Cognizant and Patni technical staff supporting Finance and HR.• Ran monthly IT Governance for HR customers for several years, covering financials and program status.• In 2013, led tech team to bring our offices in 45 countries to one HCMS system.• Partnered with IBM to build an interface to allow for expedited mergers and acquisitions.• PMO Lead for all HR IT deliverables around the Alico Day 1 conversion. • Managed PeopleSoft HCMS 9.1 and 8.9 upgrades for enterprise (each $7 MM, 18 months)

Managed group of technical project managers along with engineering resources to lead enterprise level financial infrastructure deployments:• Deployed the first EMC Storage Area Networks at MetLife• Deployed the first MetLife single-sign on platform for all applications to subsequently follow internally as well as SAML standards to integrate with external applications

Led key initiatives to enhance print and web-based digital services and sell to 40 major financial clients.
