As CEO of the company, I was entrusted by the Executive Chairman to secure the site, develop the design and perform the appropriate financial planning for a new 350,000 sq ft wholesale data centre, which was the first in its kind to be built with a 104MW co-generator as part of its footprint.

Ivan founded this company to provide IT services to SME businesses in the region. Kumoworks is a Managed Services company that also does systems integration for our customers. Kumoworks focus mainly on providing consultancy on how technologies can be used to assist companies in their cost savings, productivity and rapid expansion.

Ivan was active in covering India, Philipines, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. This is a global role reporting to the Managing Director for Enterprise Mobility.  Provide end-user technical support over the phone. Coordinate IT related issues for customers between support groups, vendors and engineers. Supports nearly 300 different applications for SIA. Provide first level problem determination for network, hardware and applications. Assigned as an Outage Lead where I was in-charge of tracking and coordinating any major outages. Some of the applications that was supported / coordinated are SAP R8P (front-end), Lotus Notes, TN 3270 hosts, Tivoli, ie; Supported the onsite team supporting the datacentres located across Singapore Airport and related premises.
