As a Survey Programmer at NielsenIQ, I have been programming multimode research surveys for web, mobile, and desktop using Decipher and SurveyToGo platforms for over a year. I have also been designing user interfaces for surveys using integrated HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as developing, updating, and optimizing Decipher dashboards. I have successfully delivered surveys for various clients and projects, ensuring high quality and accuracy of the data collected.Prior to this role, I worked as a Quality Management Associate at NielsenIQ for 1.5 years, where I detected and addressed data outliers and abnormalities using various data analysis tools. I also supported the implementation of new technologies and process improvements for the Vietnam operation. Additionally, I am passionate about market and social research, international economies, and U.S. history. I am a highly motivated, detail-oriented and ambitious individual, with strong work ethic, time-management, adaptability and teamworking skills.
