I’m passionate about using design thinking for social good, especially to reduce health disparities. We all deserve access to healthcare — *respectful, equitable* healthcare — where marginalized identities are not further marginalized and we all have an opportunity to thrive. Anyone who works in healthcare in some way is welcome.)I specialize in design research, health communication, conversation design (voice applications, chatbots), patient engagement, and product strategy. Recently, I've also been doing work in financial services, insurance, and store design.I am currently working on my MFA, but take on a small amount of consulting work on the side, and am particularly interested in connecting with people who want to improve and equalize healthcare. I discount my rates if your organization is led by people adversely impacted by our current power structure, and/or directly and materially aims to reduce health disparities.
