• End to end recruitment processes and onboarding of new starters to ensure a smooth transition process and alignment with company values and culture • Review, creation and implementation of various policies and procedures in line with legislation (National Employment Standards, Fair Work, SCHAD’s Award, Aged Care Quality Standards) • Automated, organised and introduced efficiencies within various areas of HR including recruitment, employee file/documentation (offline and online documents in Employment Hero), and the HR System (file coding) • Trained and provided assistance to upskill team members• Provide generalist HR support to managers in areas such as discipline, termination, and workplace issues, while also addressing performance-related concerns to ensure alignment with company policies and relevant employment law.• Generalist HR support to employees as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing general support and guidance on HR related matters • Assist in the coordination and administration of the performance management process, including performance reviews and goal setting. • Help develop and maintain employee recognition programs to encourage and reward high performance.
