Analysis and Modeling • Analyze production data and other information necessary to project decline and type curves• Model economic projections in order to calculate target offer prices and potential returns on investmentsInvestor Reports and Presentations• Present technical evaluation methodology and investment analysis to investors • Create partnership projected pro forma and sensitivity analysis models Fund and Asset Management• Decide on potential investment properties and oversee land team acquisitions• Make investment recommendations directly to CEO and COO• Manage several funds with over 25 million dollars in total assets• Directed purchases of approximately 10 million dollars in minerals and royalties over the past year

Database Analytics • Build databases of property and production data• Maintain and update databases of over 5,000 properties for annual and semi-annual clientsAnalysis and Modeling• Perform economic evaluations and cash flow analysis on client’s assets• Experience with domestic, international, offshore, and unconventional propertiesClient Communications• Coordinate projects with other analysts and engineers to meet client deadlines• Publish reserve reports for use in reporting to securities agencies and investors• Interface with clients to create financial models tailored to their needs
