As a Business Advisory Consultant at Hitachi Solutions I worked with clients to help implement and build new Microsoft CRM software solutions. My role was to facilitate workshops at the beginning of the engagement with the goal of: - Discovering the current state of the clients CRM- Documenting the clients current state business process flows, with an emphasis on discovering pain points- Envisioning the desired future state business process flows- Mapping persona journeys of key users in both the current state and envisioned future state workflows- Establish a backlog of work items the architects and developers will utilize to create the new CRM software- Mockup and iteratively design a wireframe prototype of the future CRM software

I Help prepare 21 athletic teams for practice and games. Duties include doing laundry, distributing gear to players, ensuring the proper gear was in the lockers of the athletes, and helping out with various equipment needs of players.

As a member of the Varsity Basketball Team here at the University of Rochester, we balance the rigors of everyday schoolwork along with 30+ hours of weekly team activities. This includes training, film study, and travel. We compete in the division III University Athletic Association (UAA) conference, giving us the privilege of traveling around the country to play opponents. This is a top tier national conference in athletics and academics alike, with other members being NYU, Emory, Carnegie Mellon, Case Western Reserve, Washington University in St. Louis, Brandeis, and the University of Chicago. This past season we ended with a record of 24-5 including making it to the elite 8 of the NCAA DIII tournament.

At Hu-Friedy I assisted the IMS Project Management team on many different and diverse projects. This included major roles in competitive price and market analysis for products already in the market, and ones to be introduced to the market this upcoming Fall. I utilized Microsoft Excel and online research skills heavily throughout the entirety of these projects.

My Primary responsibility was to know all the members by name (small private club approximately 100 families) and ensure they had a great experience at the golf club. Duties included cleaning member’s golf clubs, handling all pro-shop sales and transactions, setting up for events (golf and club parties), assisting as a bar back on occasion, Opening and setting up for the day in the morning, and closing and locking up the club at night. I also assisted as a counselor with youth golf camps with kids ranging from 8-15 years old.
