Acting as a Head of Delivery, Delivery Manager, Project Manager - it all goes down to ensure that all our projects are being delivered as planned, within budget and scope. It's also about creating and maintaining great atmosphere within the team and with our Partners/Customers. Last but not least, it's planning in the long-term, either what technologies or areas we should have our eyes on, adjusting our project management and software development approach, planning the growth of our employees and much more! Constant changes are inevitable :)

Business Analysis / Project Management:  Plan, identify risks, negotiate the scope and budget of Time & Material projects;  Requirements analysis; Profit and loss management of projects; Prioritizing and scheduling tasks within the team; Monitoring projects, ensuring customer satisfaction;  Technical understanding (software development life cycle, mobile & web development).Team Management:  Acting as a line manager to our IT consultants; Interviewing and selecting consultants to provide specialized IT & Engineering services;  Onboarding of new employees; Single point of contact for the team and clients.Sales: Identify, win and close new business contracts with medium & large multinational companies;  Making KPI-driven decisions; In-depth market and technology insight (IT).

During this short assignment, I have created several procedures to support the Polish telesales department. I was also responsible for selecting candidates, leading the sales team and contacting the major B2B clients.

 Leading a team of ~30 Quality Control Specialists, including motivating, allocating tasks and measuring the results;  Supporting over 14 projects, B2C and B2B (Banking, Telecoms, Travel agencies, Life Insurance etc.); Introducing quality KPIs;  Creating newsletters, dashboards, daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports;  Conducting training for management staff about quality solutions and good work habits;  Managing a variety of quality projects;

 Controlling the quality of B2C projects; Reporting results to the supervisor; Implementation of new employees to the department;
