Tomislav Krpan is a Teaching Assistant at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology O. Colleagues describe him as "In short, as a former Tomislav's employer but also as his coworker, I can say two things about him: he's always eager to improve himself and determined on getting things done. When I met him on a job interview I had a chance to closely look at some hardware he worked on for a graduate thesis. At that moment, the electronic board he was working on was still in beta stage and he didn't know I was going to look at it. At a glance I noticed he is pedantic in his work and efficient in design. Also as we talked about how to improve the presented design, he stated why he did some things the way he did but he was also open for new ideas and suggestions. Later I also had a chance to work with him on software development. As that was my first Android project, I learned from him and his code and I can say that in a month I came a long way! As I learned from him, he also adopted some programming paradigms from me. When he didn't understand something he didn't just carbon copy, he always wanted to know how and why is something done in that way, and if he didn't get it at first he didn't have problem asking me to explain it again. In terms of personality he is a warm and friendly person. Always considerate towards people around him, aware of consequences of his actions, spiritual, forward in conversation, not tolerant for injustice. All things considered, I'm always looking forward to going for a cup of coffee with him and I hope we will soon work together again on some project. Also he makes epic Turkish coffee (so he can multitask to be a programmer and a secretary)!" and "I met Tomislav during my work in the business incubator Tera Tehnopolis as a consultant. Tomislav worked in a start-up company Lovely HQ in the ICT sector from 01.03.2014 till 30.06.2014 as a junior developer for android applications.
