CurrentDevelopment of robotic system prototypes for space exploration including flight (space station) technical demonstration with synergies for earthbound use in maintenance and inspections systems - Enabling and leading a team of various engineering disciplines to achieve project and development goals - Planning, definition, coordination, and execution of all R&D activities in the lab including finances & staffing- Coordination of the complete technical development for ANALOG-1, a space mission where an Astronaut from the space station controlled a robot on the ground / METERON project- Managing external industrial contracts as technical officer to develop an Exoskeleton, a leg-training device and a prototype for enhanced robot control- Coordination of international cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR) for the implementation of the SUPVIS-Justin project - a mission for supervisory control of a robot from space with autonomous components
