  • `Āpuakēhau
    Owner
    `Āpuakēhau Jul 2011 - Present
    Honolulu, Hi
Honua Consulting – a Hawaiian-owned firm with a focus on culture, education, community and environment – has enjoyed exciting growth and progress over the past couple of years. With the support and confidence of many in our community, we have been able to serve you with integrity and excellence. We are proud to announce the formation of ‘Apuakehau in 2011, a new branch of Honua Consulting dedicated to serving community programs and nonprofits organizations. All nonprofit organization projects currently under Honua Consulting will be moved to `Āpuakēhau. Since we're all one ohana at Honua anyway, there will be no impact on the organizations we serve. While we are a for profit small business, we are closely partnered with nonprofit organizations, like the new and exciting nonprofit organization, AINA. This allows us to continue our work and yet empower community through efforts like AINA, which focus on capacity building throughout Hawai`i as well. We believe in living the proverb: ‘A‘ohe hana nui ke alu ‘ia. No task is too big when done together by all.So it is with great pride and excitement that we launch `Āpuakēhau. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions at apuakehau@gmail.com.
