Led frontend team on rollout of an AI solution that allows tracking of user-defined topics in sales meetings. Collaborated with product, design, data science and backend teams to come up with and deliver a seamless user experience.Developed a sales coaching dashboard that allows sales managers to see in-progress calls in real time along with the calls’ most recent topic, while also allowing managers to listen in on or join those calls. Implemented solution end-to-end by ramping up on Golang and existing backend systems; enhancing backend web socket infrastructure to support different permissions; enhancing client web socket tooling to allow for more tailored subscriptions.Collaborated with international teams to deliver the client solution for a GenAI chat experience that provides answers to user-provided questions using the organization’s meeting, email, and account data.Migrated core voice features to new React infrastructure and worked with client infrastructure teams as needed to support the unique real-time scenarios that voice experiences require. Migration projects include: SMS messaging, call list, region-based compliance configuration, and integrating with core internal systems.
