I am working for several different attorneys in the Metro Atlanta area. Preparing and filing complaints with Supreme, Court of Appeals and Superior Courts, filing Zoning Applications and Variances .Establishing contact and relationships with local government entities. Assisting in Bankruptcy pleadings, including proof of claims, 341 hearings. I am also working for Atlanta Petz Magazine designing and selling advertising packages to include print, digital, web banner, web service listings, and SMS/Mobile media marketing packages to prospective advertisers. I oversee sales revenues, service, operations; website design feedback/sales tool production/layout, distribution, vendor negotiations and development of sales staff. I am handling day-to-day bookkeeping services for a local developer, which includes QuickBooks, filing of all documents and payroll.

Prepared cases for 341 hearings, assisting in preparation for hearings and trials, reviewed petitions and schedules. Filed pleadings, answers and proof of claims with Bankruptcy Court. Prepared and file complaints with State and Superior Courts. Maintained docket and calendar systems for hearings, depositions and discovery deadlines. Experienced in e-filing and Pacer.Responsible for managing collections and skip-tracing for commercial and individual accounts, i.e.ThomasConcrete of Georgia, Ready Mix USA, Equity One Management and Realty, etc.Handled Landlord/Tenant disputes, i.e. demand letters, dispossessory, complaints, etc.Entered all Attorneys time in to Time Slips database. Did full service bookkeeping of all monies going in and out of firm. Handled all incoming phone calls, with responsibility for resolving client's questions and concerns.

Handled multi family division of collections, receivables, and issue resolution. Back office administrative tasks in relation to billing, etc. Day to day contact with seven (7) sales reps to discuss what was going on with their accounts receivables and posting of multi-million $ accounts. Backup to other administrative areas as needed.

Managed day-to-day operations of Real Estate Investment Company. Additionally managed multi-family leasing, contracts, rent collection, and issue resolution in regards to tenant's needs. Handled all bookkeeping including QuickBooks and payroll. Researched land opportunities, procured contracts, deeds, and permits with various county entities (City of Atlanta, Dekalb Counties, etc.) Attended professional association shows. Established contact with contractors and built relationships.

Managed and maintained the office of an Underground Utility Company. This included all accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll for 20 plus employees. Dealt with all vendors and sub-contractors, I did the take-offs for water, storm and sewer bids. I traveled all over the State of Georgia, bidding on jobs.
