As a Senior Affiliate Manager at MaxBounty, I work with some of the network's top publishers (affiliates) to maximize their accounts and campaigns to ensure they maximize their profits. Being a Senior Affiliate Manager requires me to be constantly up-to-date with online trends and campaigns that we run within our network. Daily tasks include:• Manage daily processes of advertising campaigns to help affiliates optimize, scale and monetize their traffic• Responsible for the growth of affiliate earnings by suggesting top converting offers and campaigns in the network • Create and implement sales incentives to boost affiliate’s overall performance • Troubleshoot technical issues such as campaign tracking including pixel and iframe tracking, URL geo-redirects, or callback code setups• Approve new publishers/affiliates into the network by completing standard application interviews • Ensure all promotional methods including custom creatives, landing pages and keywords are compliant with the merchant’s affiliate program• Liaise with the advertisers and Advertising Managers to negotiate higher payout rates for affiliates based on lead quality and potential volume• Provide general support such as payment issues, recommend specific traffic networks, compile keyword lists and target demographic data, or campaign statistics on MaxBounty interface

This position focuses on affiliate relationships, sales, market trend forecasting and creative investigating.As an Affiliate Manager at MaxBounty, I work with our publishers to optimize the performance of their marketing efforts which further enhances their business with us. This requires me to be up to date with numerous traffic generation methods and market trends in the affiliate marketing industry. On a day-to-day basis I am focusing on customer relationships, customer acquisition, sales, market analysis and account management. This requires a great deal of multitasking as we are currently working with approximately 28,000 active publishers in our network.
