I wore many hats to ensure seamless operations and compliance within the organization, which includes:- i2c Card Processor/Issuer Manager - I was the primary person responsible for all card issuance work with our processor. With 4 years of working experience with i2c, I was able to maintain an excellent working rapport with the i2c team and coordinated all implementation projects to enable new instances, card bins and features. - Internal Tooling PM - I was the unofficial PM to establish requirements for our first internal tools.- Customer Success / Tech Support - I enabled the organization's CRM tooling and was the first Customer Success Manager performing level 3 support / triaging prior to engineering review.- Compliance Manager - I defined the first internal tools and established the first iterations of compliance processes. - Card Transaction/Issuance SME - I was the SME for card issuance (i2c) and transaction processing, as I am familiar with ISO 8583 and how i2c's technical products work. - ACH Operations Manager - With my deep ACH experience, I coordinated operations between us and our sponsor banks for ACH processing. I also performed Level 3 ACH research and solve ACH problems. - Fraud Manager - I established the first iteration of Fraud Operations processes and performed fraud research and review before passing the responsibilities to the Financial Crimes Investigation team.
