Established by the sailors of the successful campaign of Team SCA in the Volvo Ocean Race 2014-2015 — where sailing is one few sports where women and men can compete alongside and against each other. We strive to reach gender parity in our sport — equal pay and equal play — as well as pave pathways for more diversity and inclusion in sailing.
