- Responsible for 3 different venues- Overall responsibility of the venues’ P&L I was in charge.- Lead a team of General Managers.- Ensure the teams delivery a high-quality service aligned with the company’s guideline. - Develop new ways to improve the operation and analyse the KPIs to identify the best way to lead the venues I was responsible.- Provide periodically reports to the company owners - Manager renovation projects.
