• Provided thought leadership and engineering and operations expertise in support of JCPenney’s 1000+ store portfolio, with over 100M in FM Retail space. Built a team of over 230 technicians, engineers, specialists and managers in a distributed field support network, servicing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs. Direct responsibility for 70M+ OpEx budget for stores in contiguous US, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Dark Green business line leader in first year of service on the account.• Increased self-performance nationally from 50% to 78% by encouraging the right skills, tools and proficiency for the job. Leveraged business cases and manager training to help optimize complimentary skillsets to improve savings for the client through strategic hiring. Client savings of 60M since account go live due to Ops and Sourcing initiatives. • Developed Job Hazard Analysis and Safety Observation program resulting in achieving 0 recordable incidents and accidents for over 1 year, a first-time achievement on the account.

• Loss prevention Program Manager for Texas’s largest energy producer and provider of 15,427 MW of power generation from a portfolio of 14 coal, natural gas, and nuclear power plants serving 1.7 million commercial and residential customers. Optimizing and executing audit programs required by FM Global Insurance for over 17 billion dollars in generating and corporate infrastructure. Responsible for evaluating cost benefit of insurance recommendations and implementing solutions to reduce loss potentials anywhere from 5M-500M+ based on operational profile and extent of damage.• PM optimization and maintenance program excellence, led a team of 16 contractors systematically analyzing and optimizing over 67K preventive maintenance tasks. Performed fleet leveling, creating new PM’s when needed and retiring more than 10K redundant or out of date PM’s. Reduced labor requirements more than 6,000 man-hours and extended PM interval based on risk and reliability analysis. Created system engineering and leadership dashboards centric to discovering bad actors and rapid reporting on fleet issues leveraging Maximo CMMS data, corrective action program, and GADS data. Created companies first look at automated asset health reporting.• Served as Meridium APM program administrator for Fossil Engineering Support. Focused on developing asset preservation strategies, reliability analytics, and senior management dashboards for rapid assessment of fleet asset performance and health. • Strategically focus on servicing the global biotechnology and biopharmaceutical community. Created and implemented engineering solutions for laboratory automation and safety systems, and repair of custom laboratory equipment in more than 50 sites worldwide. Performed business development and contract negotiations yielding 156K EBITDA in my first year of business.• Enhanced brand image for BioAuomation, Inc by leading a project focused on increasing speed and accuracy of large-scale multicolumn DNA/RNA synthesizers. Performed FMEA activities and developed comprehensive maintenance plans and documentation to decrease risk of failure. Negotiated service contract with J&J to service for 100K per year to service fully automated nucleic acid chemistry plant.

• Designed and commissioned critical manufacturing infrastructure for synthetic DNA and RNA production for 138,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility providing research materials for Centocor Discovery research. Improved process safety and increased capacity 8 fold reducing preclinical drug discovery timelines by more than 6 months. Reduced budget spend by minimizing hazardous waste quantities and disposal resulting in a combined savings of more than 29M USD. • Created and led a team investigating emerging technologies that synergized with the organizations portfolio of core competencies, evaluating potential candidates for intellectual property acquisition. Specifically identified a pharmaceutical anti- counterfeiting technology used to combat losses of more than 40M USD across J&J’s portfolio. Awarded J&J Standards of Leadership award for innovation with 10K USD cash bonus.

• Responsible for maintaining equipment at more than 80 customer sites worldwide, servicing an asset base of nearly 255M USD. Successfully demonstrated value by creating a return material authorization and warranty reclamation process returning more than 2M USD in untracked inventory and lost warranties. Implemented a CRM system and service engineer maintenance tracking system. Created the company’s first formal engineering training program with qualification standards modeled after the US Navy Nuclear Operator training program.• Successful in creating comprehensive, preventative, and time and maintenance based service contracts for our US based customers, providing a continued revenue stream post warranty and sale. Created numerous technical documents for preventative maintenance, standard operating procedures, and quality control for internal and customer use.
