Managing the Technology Team to deliver all research , testing and trials in new and existing applications to generate proof of performance, establish performance characteristics for use by the Tensar design teams globally and for incorporation into Tensar's design software.Tensar International provides technology-driven site solutions for common development problems such as grade changes requiring retaining walls, slope engineering and construction over weak or variable soil conditions. Major applications include subgrade stabilisation and pavement optimisation, which utilise a mechanically stabilised layer incorporating one or more Tensar Geogrids to reduce the costs of roadways, rail track and site developments.

Initially as Group Marketing Manager for Tensar International Ltd and subsequently VP for Global Marketing, Tensar International Corporation, responsible for marketing strategies and implementation in a this highly successful multi-national organisation with both direct and distribution sales operations. Managing marketing teams based in the UK, USA and seven Regional Offices in key international markets. Successes have included; the branding, position and launch of a TriAx a market disrupting new product range; the introduction of an integrated web and digital marketing strategy including social media, across the global organization and integration of the North American and International marketing operations delivering efficiencies and a strengthened brand.

Management of new product developments. Driving and coordinating NPD activities across the organisation. Particular remit to ensure that new product development responds to identifiable customer needs. As Special Projects Manager, responsible for driving e-business initiatives within Tensar International globally. Identifying business development needs and e-business opportunities, preparing cost benefit analysis to secure Board support, followed by planning, management and implementation of e-business projects. Projects included: Development and implementation of a new corporate website in multiple language versions. Design and introduction of combined CRM, and project database for sales support and opportunity tracking.
