- Developed analytic solutions as well as MATLAB code to internal tide generation at tall steep bottom topography in a finite depth ocean problem.- Used the MIT General Circulation Model to verify the analytical solutions with wave generation in a more sophisticated environment.- Research fieldwork on Lake Superior. Built moorings (moored observatories) and programmed instruments before and during the research cruises.

- Assisted students in Active Learning class environment with their group work.- Explained lab procedures at the beginning of the lab.- Presented lectures for students when the lab predated the lecture class.- Graded and left feedback on students’ lab reports.- Attended the weekly meeting with the professor and discussed the previous and future works.

- Guided students to navigate the astronomical objects using 10” and 12” Newtonian Telescopes.- Operated the computerized 14” Meade LX200 telescope in the Observa-DOME.

- Assembled the KN0 Van de Graaff Particle Accelerator donated by the TUNL at Duke University.
