Kimball trained.Fun thing I did in 2019 - as part of the OneAmerica Innovation Challenge - I volunteered for the contest, and ultimately led a team that placed third in this contest. That team envisioned an intelligent email listener that would use Machine Learning to categorize incoming customer service emails and provide more focused, quicker responses to those customer requests. I learned to use Amazon SageMaker, and trained new Machine Learning models on dummy emails that our team created in AWS. It was so much fun to think outside of the box, use team energy and enthusiasm, and learn new things quickly. The team presented our project before hundreds of spectators and a panel of industry judges, including from Amazon.Consultant to others, and hands-on-developer in data analysis and reporting using diverse technologies.
