Project Manager
CurrentLiaising and communicate closely with customer, project team members, delivery partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams and organization. Work closely with customers, technical and business teams to determine the project requirements. Manages multiple projects concurrently for all project deliverable. Prepare project plans, schedule and resources. Execute and monitor project plans and provide status reports to customers and management. Perform project closure activities upon completion by providing report/evaluation and recommended solutions to enhance the efficiency for future project. Evaluate and resolve of any discrepancies and problems arising during project. Act as the single point of contact for the internal teams, customer and the management team. Maintains project change control, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered. Co-ordinate Go-Live readiness assessment and manage cut-over activities. Assist in identifying improvement areas in organization’s project management processes.Assist in Change Administrator with the process updates for Change Management Board.
