• General adviser to fully integrated oil and gas service provider including well service, roustabout, and salt water disposal facility business entities. • Role includes consulting on accounting, legal, human resources, business strategy issues that are part of a 50 million dollar business structure.• Assist with the financial modeling of performance contracts and various business opportunities.

Responsibilities include general operations, marketing, and building distribution for safe air products in response to the growing demand for "Safe Air" and the COVID-19 epidemic. The core product line includes commercial grade portable air purification systems that meet or exceed CDC, OSHA, and ASHRAE guidelines. Applications include hospitality (restaurants, hotel, catering, private dining), general business office space (conference rooms, lobbies, break rooms, cafeteria), schools (preschool, K-12, secondary), medical (chiropractic, dental, counseling), and senior living (independent, assisted, memory care).

Traveled the Asia Pacific Region and ultimately settled in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the bulk of my time which has a population of about 9 million. During the approximately 2 years I continued to do freelance work in the United States for several Businesses with a focus on financial modeling and general business strategy. In Ho Chi Minh City I also worked locally teaching English as a second language at several learning centers and did private tutoring for children and adults. The students ranged from kindergarten to very successful adults. The adult curriculum had an emphasis on Conversational and Business English. Additional subjects included IELTS Exam Preparation (an exam that is required for many international students who speak English as a second language and want to study abroad). I also helped students prepare for their F1 Visa for entry into the U.S.A as a student for post-high school studies. Both the IELTS and F1 Visa subjects were very interesting, rewarding and unique.

• Role included consulting on accounting, legal, human resources, business strategy issues that are part of a 100 million dollar business structure.• Point person for coordinating legal work for proposed 300 million dollar private placement fund and affiliated entities. Work included the actual fund documents and affiliated entities as well as their organizational documents and marketing collateral (private placement memorandum, entity formation at the state level, operating agreement(s), fee agreements, various resolutions, pitch book, and web site).• Point person for hiring various key council and advisers including legal firm general council, legal firm private placement fund, marketing firm, auditing firm, historical tax credit legal and accounting firm, and administrative services firm for fund.• Instrumental in reconstructing books for a multimillion dollar business that had failed to properly account for various items by migrating from Peachtree to QuickBooks Online including hiring and supervising CPA firm.• Served on publically traded board for Alliance Bioenergy Plus, Inc. (ALLM).

• Rebuilt leadership team from scratch within first 8 months by recruiting; office manager, recruiting specialist, and three field managers. End result was to qualify region for elite overseas incentive trips 2 out of 3 years based on increases in productivity and culture.• Led recruiting and hiring initiatives to attract top-tier talent, with a six month priority of building recruiting systems that produce 2-3 hires per month in key markets.• Attracted and developed future District Leaders (managers) in key market areas.• Developed and led training system for new agents that included 1 week classroom training, weekly sales builders and monthly training meetings.• Created accountability and expectations around lead management system which in turn created more opportunities for both existing and new agents.• Doubled return on investment in leads (PE Ratio) within first 6 months.• Only agency within the division to produce year over year growth 3 consecutive years during a period of transformation and change within the company and industry (total of 52% growth).

• Oversaw and directed business operations with full responsibility for 36 counties, 40,000+ clients, 11 management team members, 55 financial advisers (approximately 45 full-time advisers and 10 part-time advisers), and $1.4 billion under management.• Established one of the top 5 positive cultures in the organization, unified performance and hiring standards during a period that included several internal mergers that led to increased territory, advisers and direct reports being hired or absorbed from other organizations within Lutheran Brotherhood and the merger of 2 Fortune 500 companies.• National Master Region of the Year Award recognition in 2007.
