Project was ordered by a book-printing and crayon manufacturer of Disney.

Developed Python software from architecture to modules running on Raspberry Pi boards in order to test multiple devices under test in the factory, including: running sequenced test cases; Computer vision tool using Python OpenCV to support visual inspection for LED test in the factory; Tool to test configuration APIs of device under test called from Ubuntu and Raspberry Pi boards; summarizing test data and storing.Created test plan (test cases and sequence for eletrical, mechanical, firmware features) for manufacturing of 2 products.Reduced manufacturing costs with process improvements, cost control and waste reduction.Designed fixture for testing hardware in the factory from providing concept to design and fabrication.Designed assembly fixture to support operators assembling adhesives on PCB with highest efficiency.
