• Purchasing:
• Place order by sending Purchase Order to provider
• Revise and forward Proforma Invoice to Accounting department for payment
• Arrange and transfer import documents (CO, COA..) to Logistics department and Forwarding department Order processing:
• Receive Purchase Orders of Vietnamese retailers, Vietnamese or foreign vessels from customers or sales
• Check supply ability from Logistics department

• Receive products from the company and have a thorough understanding of using each product to give a trial run on request every weekend
• Introduce and sell products directly at some bookstores
• Check all products and make a report to the manager
