Purchasing: • Place order by sending Purchase Order to provider• Revise and forward Proforma Invoice to Accounting department for payment• Arrange and transfer import documents (CO, COA..) to Logistics department and Forwarding department Order processing:• Receive Purchase Orders of Vietnamese retailers, Vietnamese or foreign vessels from customers or sales• Check supply ability from Logistics department • Create Packing List, Invoice, Marine Delivery Receipt on the system, send them to both Accounting department for payment and Logistics department for delivery

• Receive products from the company and have a thorough understanding of using each product to give a trial run on request every weekend• Introduce and sell products directly at some bookstores• Check all products and make a report to the manager
