Started with the company in 1992 buidling the HR department. Later became AVP of HR. Stayed on through the Fleet Acquisition. lead the integration of payroll and benefits to FleetBank. In 2003 we merged with Bank of America where I continued to run our investment broker training program. Fleet/Q&R won the first SIA(Securities Industry Association) Award for Diversity Leadership in 2002.
