Following this, Toby moved to full time lease negotiation with Chesterton's city commercial leasing division, primarily working the Sydney CBD and city fringe commercial and retail markets. During this time, Toby obtained his Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) and became a licensed real estate agent.Toby has negotiated lease transactions on behalf of clients such as DB Real Estate (now DEXUS), The State Government of New South Wales, Macquarie Bank, Westfield, Toga Group, Stockland, ANZ Property, AMP Capital Partners, Westpac, Sunpac Energy Australia, Multiplex (now Brookfield) and Mercantile Mutual (now ING Real Estate).Pursuant to the sale of Lorin Systems to RP Data in 2000, support was dropped for the Listem system and in 2003, Chesterton directors mandated the appointment of Adept Business Systems to develop Adept Sales and Leasing (ASL). Toby was responsible for the specification and design of ASL, an advanced commercial real estate sales and leasing contact and listing management system. Toby worked closely with Adept in managing all aspects of the development and delivery of ASL.
