Indiana Insurance Company was a multi-line Property & Casualty Carrier. I was responsible for the investigation, or directing of investigations of suspicious claims. Claims ranged from First Party property losses, Bodily Injury, and Complex Commerical losses.I was awarded a quality award (a first for an Investigator in over 100 years for Indiana Ins) for my handling of a complex arson investigation after successfully defending against a fraudulent commerical arson loss valued in the 7-figure range in the City of Detroit.I routinely handled large loss investigations.While employed at Indiana Insurance I received my Fraud Claims Law Specialist - insurance credential from the American Education Institute.

Continued operations in Michigan under Advanced Surveillance Investigation Specialist after ISIS Investigations decided to reorganize their business and focus more on their Texas operations. The split was amicable and we were able to bring over the ISIS clients into the new business structure.Focus was on Insurance fraud cases...later recruited and hired by Indiana Insurance who had been one of my clients.

I was hired as both an Investigator & Director in charge of setting up operations in the Mid-Western US. I handled a full case load, marketing and oversight for all Mid-Western Operations.

Tyler, Texas

As a Police Officer I worked primarily in the Patrol Division. I handled everything from simple traffic violations to complex capital murder cases. I served on the Special Response Team as a Texas Certified Hostage Negotiator. I was also a member of the Police Honor Guard.In 1990 The Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT) awarded me Officer of the year in Region 9 for my service on the Texas Peace Officer Memorial Committee. I was instrumental in the selection of the Peace Officer Memorial on the State Capitol Grounds on the north lawn in front of the Sam Houston Library.

Battle Creek, Michigan - Store #16

I worked at what was then named Meijer Thrifty Acres store #16. It was a new mega store covering everything from groceries, soft lines (clothing), and hard lines (building materials, auto parts, hardware, etc.) We had nearly 500 employees. Our department worked on both internal and external theft issues. Surveillance and surveillance equipment was routinely used in gathering evidence for prosecuting both organized theft rings to individual offenders.
