Data Entry Specialist/Data Analyst Admin/Cpc Team Assistant
As part of an 9 person Cost Per Copy Contract Admin Team, I assist with Excel spreadsheet funding reports for each person of the team to research their branch customer number(s) and invoice number(s) in OMD database for accounting to enter this information into their records.The assisting refers to every day of the month staying on top of the reports for that day, week or by a specific date of the month. Plus getting these reports audited and to accounting in a timely manner. We work with several different banks and the funding information comes to us in different ways, but much of it comes through wire transfers.The process is: receive file, reformat, rename, and then run a match to our database. Must keep an eye for reports with equipment due to special notation. If any blanks after match, I see if I can solve to find customer number (s) and invoice number(s) or assign out to our team and pass it on. When team is done, report comes back to me to make sure still no blanks and totals correctly and I print and physically walk down to accounting with picture perfect funding report.To stay on top of the reports we get during the month, I assist my manager with updating the work flow process of these reports in a larger Excel funding spreadsheet.Every day we get at least 4 reports from 3 different companies. Weekly we have about 25 more reports from 2 different companies. Per month we have 3 reports from 3 different companies.As part of a 3 person Credit Card Authorization Team, I assist with processing credit card authorizations and mailing out invoices to our clients. Invoices with a note of Auto Pay get processed through an online system called Payeezy. Authorization form filled out for Accounts Receivable and page from Payeezy is printed and emailed or postal mailed to client. Must keep an eye on if we need to update Payeezy with updates or we reach out to learn the updates to process the payment.
