Acts as a critical link between Lenders, the Bank’s customers, and the Loan Servicing Dept. Directly provides administrative/compliance support for a minimum of 2 rotating Lenders in addition to Attorneys and customers as needed, including but not limited to: DDA money movement, Bank General Ledger money movement, loan disbursements, LOC advances and construction requisitions. Assists in the management of customer relationships interacting independently using sound judgement and directs to Lender if not within authority. Meets with senior Business Lending Admin or BSA department as needed. Facilitates loans for CRE, C&I, SBA and Construction. Continually realigns daily tasks as needed to accommodate competing priorities. Reviews LAMs for accuracy and returns to Lender for with questions/edits if needed. Facilitates and communicates the required pre- or post-closing compliance/regulatory needs on a per loan basis and advises the Lender and/or the Attorney as applicable on items such as Flood Zone, Insurance Binder clause, CBO, and CIP needs. Initiates and prepares new loan documents in accordance with the LAM using Laser Pro and/or reviews Attorney prepared loan documents for accuracy. Alerts applicable parties for errors/corrections/bank required verbiage. Reviews all post-closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Compiles a complete and final binder for booking with Loan Servicing. Reviews and reports all needed regulations for HMDA, CRA, CDL or required Geo-coding. Processes disbursements as outlined in the Settlement Sheet including; 3RD party payments, check creation and wires. Ensures all closing cost fees are paid to the Bank and/or applicable parties. Creates a loan input form and an internal doc audit checklist to provide to Loan Servicing. Provides the end product to Loan Servicing in accordance with SLAs. Interacts with Customers/Attorneys concerning payoffs, discharges, or partial releases. Coordinates all collateral release documentation.
