In my role as the CIO for North America at FLEETCOR, I support the NA Trucking, Corporate Payments, NA Local, NA Partners, and Corporate Lodging lines of business. Each of these lines of business provide B2B payments solutions and services to their customers. My job is to ensure that they have the technology and support they need to provide those services.In my prior role at FLEETCOR, I led architecture, application development, and quality assurance functions globally. My team consisted of over 300 employees and consultants from various world geographies – North America, Europe, Russia, and New Zealand. We built and maintained software for payments processing, business intelligence, customer service, and custom integrations.

I was responsible for Application Development, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance and Architecture. While in this role, I worked closely with senior leadership to create award winning, customer-facing applications as well as internal applications designed to drive efficiency. I led the design and development for FleetAdvance, a patent pending analytics tool for Comdata's fleet customers. This application was designed to help fleet managers operate their fleets more efficiently. The application won a best practices aware from The Data Warehousing Institute in the real-time analytics category.Other successes included the rapid development of a FleetAdvance mobile application for drivers, creation of a BI strategy and roadmap for next generation analytics, creation of a DevOps function, and the roll out of Agile development methodology throughout the enterprise.

At Hitachi Consulting, I was one of the leaders of the Enterprise Content Management practice. In this role, I was responsible for all aspects of serving our clients - including sales, delivery, and quality assurance.
