With a background in healthcare and academic research, I bring expertise in data analysis, project management, and health promotion research to every role I take on. My work has spanned recovering lost revenue in healthcare systems, leading multidisciplinary research projects, and authoring grant proposals that secured critical funding. I’m passionate about using data-driven insights to solve complex problems and make a tangible impact in the healthcare industry, particularly in healthcare technology and healthcare.Currently, as an Associate Analyst at R1 RCM, I leverage SQL, Excel, and process improvement strategies in Revenue Cycle Management to optimize revenue recovery. In this role, I have been able to grow in my position to now mentor junior team members and act as a representative of my department in cross-team collaboration meetings. Previously, as a Project Manager/Researcher at UT Health, I developed research concepts and evaluation materials, designed study methodologies, and carried out investigations to uncover insights.
