    At Mitratech, Mr. Fay was responsible for a series of system development projects in the Insurance Claims space.Using Mitratech's TeamConnect application builder Mr. Fay created a set of integrated objects for Claim handling for use by Third Party Administrators, Self Insureds and smaller carriers. These applications were tied closely to Oracle Financials.Mr. Fay was compensated as both an employee at Mitratech for system design and development and as an outside consultant for product marketing activities.     At CCC, Mr. Fay was responsible for leading the operational arm of ACCESS, an outsourced network of certified collision repair facilities to allow Insurance Carriers to buy a turn key Direct Repair Program. He wrote the business plan, designed the operational processes and staffed and managed the customer care center. After ACCESS, Mr. Fay served on a consulting team called the Business Solutions Group. In this role he was responsible for numerous system integrations, process analysis and redesign projects and worked as an internal consultant on several CCC process improvements.Mr. Fay also helped Stephen Applebaum and Sam Barash to establish the ACCLAIM network of outsourced house counsel operations.

    At Progressive, Mr. Fay founded 24 Hour Claims and 24 Hour Policy Service taking Progressive from a Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:15 pm environment to a 365 day X 24 hour operation. Commenting on this transformation in 1994, Chairman and CEO Peter Lewis named Mr. Fay as one of the "leaders taking Progressive to the year 2000." Prior to 24 Hour Service leadership, Mr. Fay was the Lead User Owner for the PACMan Claims System serving as an overall system visionary and one of the designers of user interface screens, workflows, training and administrative functions. He was also responsible for leading the initial train the trainer groups, helped to design the Computer Based Training curriculum and served as one of the coordinators for the nationwide rollout of the system.The PACMan Claim System still serves as the basis for handling claims at Progressive.Prior to his corporate roles, Mr. Fay was the Branch Manager of the South Bend Claims office for three years.
