CurrentA top to bottom role from strategy down to building analytics/informatics dashboards and working with data. Responsible for opportunity identification (cost, quality, efficiency), business plan formation through to implementation. Implementation of innovative ideas from ideation through to delivery, like implementation of AI/ML based solution to handle faxed documents, sorting referral from non referral using OCR, then routing referrals to a Referral Management System, and non referrals to email.Role helps integrate patient care between the primary care and acute/community setting by implementing digital enablers.Current projects:- eReferrals trial in NNSW - Project Lead- State electronic Referral Management pilot, including use of ML/AI in Azure Cloud to automate processing and digitise faxed referrals- Data governance/sharing- Descriptive dashboards in QlikView- Started dabbling in DAX, Power M-Query and PS PowerBI.- Admission/Discharge Notifications to GPs Current role covers:Program ManagerProject LeadClinical quality/safetyPrivacy, security, legislative complianceQuality ImprovementSystems Integration and EngineeringStrategy and AdviceData and Analytics, dabbling in Machine Learning==This is the greatest job I've ever had.
