As a litigation attorney, I serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, executives, and colleagues in contract disputes, personal injury claims, premises liability disputes, products liability suits, and construction matters. I diligently manage all facets of cases from initial analysis and risk assessment to discovery and depositions to settlement negotiations and trial. I am extremely focused on limiting client exposure through strategic deposition preparation of company employees and witnesses. My innate tenacity and purposeful advocacy leads to effective resolutions for my clients, whether that means going to trial or procuring an agreeable settlement.After graduating magna cum laude from Texas Christian University, I earned my J.D. from South Texas College of Law. I served as a member of the school’s nationally recognized advocacy program and competed in various moot court competitions across the country. In particular, I was a member of championship teams in the National Entertainment Moot Law Court Competition and the William B. Spong Moot Court Competition, where I was individually recognized as Best Oral Advocate. I have also been honored with the South Texas Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award and am admitted to the National Order of Barristers. Outside the courtroom, I am the proud father of three young boys and our family's rescue dog, Murphy.
