Matthew is the General Counsel, Sr. Director of Operations and Corporate Secretary at Catholic Community Foundation of Los Angeles, a religious non-profit organization that supports the charitable mission of the philanthropists throughout the United States. He has over 19 years of legal experience in various fields, including trust and estates, non-profit, public entities, corporate, litigation, employment litigation, international, and real estate.In his current role, he oversees the legal, operations, and administration departments of the Foundation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk management. He also advises the board of directors and the executive team on strategic, governance, and fiduciary matters. He is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Taxation at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, to deepen his knowledge and skills in this complex and evolving area of law. He is passionate about serving the Catholic community and advancing the Foundation's vision of creating a lasting legacy of faith, hope, and love.
