I have over 35 years’ experience in client facing environments, covering many industries such as Government, MOD, Telecoms, retail, and banking. I have supported customers of all sizes from sole traders up to multi-national companies. As a customer service/account engineer there have been many facets to my roles throughout my career, having to deal with all members within an organization from engineers to VP’s and owners, I have combined hardware break/fix work, service account management, being a trusted customer advisor, project management, IT trainer, and generally aiming to be seen as an extension to the customers internal team and a part of their business. Customer satisfaction is key to the success of any business, so for me it is not a case of fixing a piece of equipment, it has always been about ‘fixing’ the customer and ultimately I love to build the relationships with the customers, getting to know them, and provide them with a world class service each time and every time.
