Helped liaison, coordinate and prioritize litigation coding projects nationwide for our offices domestically, and with coding team located off-shore in Chennai, India. Established a point-of-contact system to assist domestic offices in streamlining communications with the team in Chennai. Key Contributions:• Drafted coding manuals for offices to present to their clients for specification and approval.• Served as the main point of contact for our offices located domestically, and liaison the communications of technical specifications and timeline requirements, for project completion with coding team in Chennai.• Assisted in phone conferences and technical discussions between Production team and Project Managers from our regional offices and their clients.

Managed large volume ESI, scanning, and coding projects for the NY, NJ, and Boston offices. Worked with Account Executives, Business Development team, and Client Services team on project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. A liaison between our sales groups, internal production team and third-party vendors on overflow projects. Planned and managed project resources, specifications and timeline according to statement of work drafted. Reviewed technical specifications of SEC and DOJ guidelines for court ordered cases and ensured all deliverables are per their standards. Key Contributions:• Successfully managed a $2M cross functioning project that included multi-offices collaboration of hard copy scanning, electronic data conversion and coding over the course of a year.• Completed a non-standard $900k continuation highly complex project of micro-fiche conversion and special key coding.• Concurrently managed multiple high-profile coding projects that continued over the course of three years.• Managed complex discovery projects not exceeding $10k in billable hours locally, and liaison with our St. Paul team on larger projects which required more resources.• Successfully co-managed General Counsel Cases with our Regional Project Manager and provided weekends and after-hour support to clients.• Provided consultation and technical support to clients lacking their own Litigation Support team on document loading procedures, database management, and file transferring processes.
