Vest-Fiber is cutting glass and other materials used mainly in the Wind industry but also within many other areas where products are produced with glass and either epoxy or polyester.As the head of the quality department at Vest-Fiber I have the responsibility for the quality work on the 3 factorires in Denmark, Poland and US.

• Responsible for the support to the 7 factories in Blades world-wide.
• Established monthly meeting with the Technical support manager on the factories to cover monthly updates but also to hear which problems they need help to during the next month. These meetings have helped to let my.
• Responsible for production basis and products in running production. Are in the phase of transferring some responsibilities to the factories in regards to production basis to make sure changes are done as quickly as.
• Responsible for ECM system and Infor XA in Blades.
• ½ yearly presentations to the Blades management team on topics regarding ECM/ production basis.
• In daily operation I have 8 employees reporting directly to me

• Responsible for setting the future scope of the department in regards to ECM system and Infor XA tasks.
• Participation in projects for development of new Blades
• Training of employees in Production Configuration in the future scope of the department.
• Other responsibilities are not defined yet due to a new position in a new department.

During this month I had transfered from Blades to Turbines in Vestas to take up a position as the one coming from in Blades.

Head of Product Data Management in Blades.The responsibilities for the department is the Engineering Change Management system in Blades and Updates of ERP system.In the time I have be Director for the department I have introduced Daily management, focus on Leadtime reduction for the ECM system in Blades, focus on increasing the quailty level of all ECOs.

As section manager for a group of employees in Production engineering I had the responsibilities for the production basis for the Blade production. Furthermore I worked with improving the enigineering change management system together with other employees throuhout Vestas.

As my time as Quality engineer I was responsible for following tasks:Production basis for the blade production and incoming inspection.Audit at suppliersNCR handling for the productionProblem solving and training with the productionWorking together with technology in maturing new products to the production.
