Traci L. Mcbee Rowe is a Director of Donor Relations at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation. Goal-oriented and dedicated, Traci is an individual who will work until the job gets done. What I also appreciate about Traci is that she strives to do better – even when her work is excellent. She doesn’t rest on her laurels. I was happy to support any professional development opportunities that Traci wanted to pursue because I always saw how she used them to get better in her job.
