Co founded IMSafer and built a 130,000 user base of parents concerned about their children online.I manage a team of senior engineers and helped with all operational aspects of the company. We developed a highly scalable Ruby on Rails and C++ application to notify parents when their children were getting into trouble in online situations.

I was responsible for International OEM technical sales and marketing of uXcomm's System Management products. I worked extensively with partners to design and architect custom solutions based on uXcomm's XManage product.

I was responsible for technical sales and customer facing technical account management. I was directly responsible for $25 million in revenue with my sales colleagues. RLX was the first to market with Server Blade technology and innovated a new type of Systems Management product called Control Tower. RLX was sold to Hewlett Packard in October of 2005 for its Control Tower product.
