Dual Role - General Manager:• Properly manage and exceed all studio sales and operational budgets• Lead and inspire team of sales associates• Responsible for retention and engagement of all studio members• Create monthly studio calendars with global and studio specific events• Onboard and train new members including tour of studio, intake paperwork, and membership sales• Recruit, hire and train new sales associates• Run daily and weekly reports on studio operations including membership count, sales and revenue• Scheduling for all front desk staff• Resolve membership issues and concerns while providing over the top customer service Head Coach:• Hire, train and educate new OTF group personal trainers for success using OTF business model• Responsible for managing all aspects of the fitness staff• Leader in building class attendance, retaining current clients and achieving monthly revenue budgets• Responsible for training schedules as well as management of classes in the MindBody system• Responsible for follow-up communication with new, current and former studio clients• Monitor, review and coach the personal training staff on program design and lesson plans• Conduct monthly fitness staff meetings and attend all relative mandatory webinars and otherrequested corporate meetings and communication• Coach, mentor and monitor performance of the trainers/coaches• Lead and instruct a minimum of 15 training sessions per week• Lead sales associates with studio tours/sales with new prospects

• Onboarding franchise partners in beginning development stages• Manage Franconnect Checklists with franchise partner from signing to grand opening• Lead meetings help educate and guide franchise partners moving through opening and development• Monthly coaching and training to franchise partners on implementing the marketing systems andtraining tools for the brand• Bring strategy, processes and new ideas to a growing brand• Offer guidance with hiring of other important team members within a facility/location• Coordinate and attend onsite training
