Coresco, Inc. is a rebate, fulfillment, and distribution company supplying services to consumers and dealers on behalf of large corporations. Coresco, Inc. consisted of a single 140,000 square foot facility near Charlotte NC., employing up to 100 employees. Increased individual productivity through corporate team building - leading to improved customer and client service levels.Developed communication and data integration to better service the needs of our clients through VoIP, call center solutions, and controlled database integration.Refined customer service automation to reduce staffing needs and increase customer satisfaction without completely isolating the consumer from live representatives.Expanded knowledge of accounting practices, reporting, and requirements. Developed Coresco’s internal systems as well as developing data structures for uniform transmittal of data to our clientsBegan to build data structures for our processes that allowed clients to data-mine what they were receiving from the consumers which helped our client to better understand their consumers.Coresco acquired a competing fulfillment house in 1989. I was the point person for integrating their system with ours. This eventually took several months as their equipment was more advanced, but our understanding of the steps necessary to complete the tasks efficiently and our internal systems were better. I eventually rewrote over 80% of their code to utilize their equipment with our methods. This restructuring reduced weekly computer processing from taking all week, to being run and processed in one day each week.

Started with Coresco as a part time warehouse employee. In 1985 I went full time. In 1986 I moved up to warehouse manager. At that time warehouse processes were project based. Responsibilities included project management overview, streamlining manual processes to reduce steps, and increasing quality control checks.
