I am a graduate of DePaul University, earning my Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Leadership degree with a concentration in Food and Beverage and a specialization in Entrepreneurship.During my time DePaul, I had also obtained an internship with a weddings and events company- Abricoe Weddings and Events. Working there has given me more insight and knowledge into the hospitality industry that has proven to be invaluable and complementary to my studies. I was also very active in the entrepreneurship club (DePaul CEO) and I still have a passion for entrepreneurial pursuits. Since the start of January 2017, I have my own side hustle called Mirror Me Fitness. I create designs, post on the blog (ww.mirrormefitness.com) to promote body positivity and change. I spend hours researching the market and reformulating my marketing strategy - and I enjoy every minute of it! During my downtime, I enjoy reading, watching zombie movies, designing websites, spending time with my dogs, husband, friends, and family.
