My work for Ripple Effect had me on several different contracts. I worked at the Rossland Youth Action Network (YAN) supervising and continuing programming such as Creating a Supportive Rossland. Creating a Supportive Rossland is an initiative to increase awareness and acceptance of LGBTQIA+ people in Rossland, B.C. I also helped design policy and was part of a task force addressing the sexual health curriculum in School District 20. Other duties included research, grant proposals, and facilitating an after school cooking program.
